Here are further details of the Oxford Diocesan Guild AGM, scheduled for
Saturday 30 May 4.30pm for 5pm. ACTIONS to be taken NOW are:
– Pre-register if planning to attend or send apologies if not
(let’s have a good showing from the Bicester Branch!);

speak on any agenda item or raise an AOB;
– Send Ken Darvill officer nominations if you wish to make any;
– Remember the test session on Monday (6-6.30pm) particularly if
you are not familiar with Zoom;
– Keep safe this email and the one that you received after
pre-registering since they have the necessary links.
I attach the details showing how to pre-register and join the meeting. This
document also shows how the meeting will run including how voting will work.
Note particularly the request to join the meeting between 4:30 & 4:45pm if
possible to aid the moderators who will admit you into the meeting.
If you know in advance that you wish to raise any subject for AOB or to
speak on any other agenda item, it will help in the smooth running of this
virtual meeting if you could notify me in advance. However the attached
document does show how you can indicate during the meeting if you wish to
speak. The same goes for officer nominations.
For the trial session on Monday at 6pm., you do not need to pre-register.
